Business Development Executive (Sales Administrator) UK Full-Time Permanent

The role


To support the regional sales team to acquire, retain and grow the business by promoting the full range of NCC Education's qualifications across our global network. Provide administrative support to enable the regional sales team to develop relationships with Accredited Partner Centres, regulators and governments to support the long term sustainable and profitable growth of NCC Education. To ensure Accredited Partner Centres receive a high level of support from NCC Education, using creative problem-solving skills, following policies and processes and working across internal departments.


The candidate


•      You will be an independent worker (but can also work as part of a team), and a good support system for the sales team. 

•      You will actively seek and maintain knowledge of NCC Education products and offerings and keep up to date with market research. 

•      You will identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell NCC Education products and services. 

•      You will be excellent at maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal teams, across Marketing, Customer Services and Academic         Division to facilitate proactive partner support, as well as providing commercial guidance.

•      Ultimately, you need to have excellent communication skills, a strong commercial awareness and an ability and desire to sell.

•      Have an interest and passion for education and the desire to work internationally.

Skills, Knowledge and experience:


Skills

•      Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. [essential]

•      Communicate in a confident and effective manner with senior decision makers and key influencers, both face-to-face and via telephone, Skype,           Zoom, WhatsApp and other similar tools in a multicultural and multinational environment [essential]

•      Excellent written communications skills, an attention to detail and interact effectively via email. [essential]

•      Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders face-to-face and via social media such as LinkedIn. [essential]

•      Ability to record sales behaviour on a CRM system. [essential]

•      Excellent command of the English language. [essential]


Qualifications

•      HND / Degree (desirable) (Preferably computing or business related)


Experience and knowledge

•      Sales experience of 1-2 years [desirable]

•      Customer service experience [desirable]

•      Experience in the education sector. [desirable]

•      Knowledge and experience of the regional markets assigned. [desirable]

•      Knowledge of the British education system [essential]


Others

•      A valid driver’s licence. [desirable]

•      Have spent time abroad in a developing country or has additional language skills [desirable]
