Sales Co-ordinator (Part-time)

The role

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will provide administrative support to our global sales team to facilitate sales. You will monitor and report on sales activities, analyse sales data and assist our global sales team to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly. You will be responsible for compiling and circulating sales related reports including Daily Sales Report, Sales Activity, Pipeline Reports, Collections Report, Sales Forecast and Budgets.

You will be required to assist with all activities surrounding contracting and accreditations of new centres. You will communicate with various departments on a regular basis and monitor centre websites for non-compliance.

The candidate

Ideally you should be educated to degree level or equivalent. It is essential that you have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Systems and Databases. You will need to have exceptional organisational, prioritisation, planning and time management skills to carry out this role. To converse effectively with senior decision makers and key influences with ease, you will need to possess highly developed interpersonal skills in a multicultural and multinational environment.
