Centre Support Assistant (Part-time)

The role

As a Centre Support Assistant, you will support the activities of the Centre Support department. You will be responsible for responding to all queries in a timely manner and answering incoming switchboard telephone calls. You will provide administrative support including running reports, printing, scanning, despatching materials and maintaining updated customer information.

The role is on a part-time basis amounting to approximately 22 hours per week, flexible depending on the candidate.   

The candidate

You will be educated to A-Level or equivalent and ideally have previous experience of working in an office environment providing administrative support. It is essential that you have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a high level of organisational and time management skills. It will be advantageous if you have previous experience working within the education industry or knowledge of educational markets.
